    • A glycated hemoglobin measuring device is provided to separate the glycated hemoglobin contained in a blood sample rapidly in one measurement space and quantitatively measure the total hemoglobin and the glycated hemoglobin in a sample. A device(100) for measuring glycated hemoglobin comprises a first radiation portion(52a); a first light receiving portion(52b) which receives an optical signal emitted from the first radiation portion and passed through a glycated hemoglobin catridge; a first hemoglobin measurement portion(551) which output a radiation control signal through the first radiation portion and converts the optical signal input from the first light receiving portion into an electrical signal to measure the total hemoglobin in a blood sample contained in the catridge; a second hemoglobin measurement portion(552) which outputs the radiation control signal to the first radiation portion and converts the optical signal input from the first light receiving portion into an electrical signal to measure the amount of hemoglobin, wherein the glycated hemoglobin in the blood sample is isolated when a glycated hemoglobin binding material-bead bound to the glycated hemoglobin, generated by the reaction of the glycated hemoglobin binding material-bead in the sample solution injected into the glycated hemoglobin catridge with the glycated hemoglobin in the blood sample, is precipitated; a glycated hemoglobin treating portion(553) which compares the total amount of the hemoglobin in the blood sample measured at the first and second measurement portions with the glycated hemoglobin isolated from hemoglobin to calculate and output the amount of the glycated hemoglobin in the blood sample; and a data output portion(56) which converts the amount of the glycated hemoglobin input from the glycated hemoglobin treating portion into a data recognizable by human.
