    • PURPOSE: A parking braking system for a construction equipment vehicle is provided to operate a parking brake with an elastic member after the hydraulic pressure is removed by releasing the braking state with hydraulic pressure by installing on the output shaft portion of a gear box. CONSTITUTION: A parking braking system for a construction equipment vehicle is composed of a plurality of fixing plates(14), a plurality of friction plates(16), a parking case(20), a piston(30), a parking cover(40), and a spring(50). The fixing plates are connected in an output shaft(12) of a gear box. The friction plates are contacted or separated to/from the fixing plates. The parking case comprises a bonding body(21), a housing space(22), a boundary end portion(23), and a hydraulic pressure supply hole(24). A pressing end(32) is bent toward the output shaft on the end of the piston. The other side of the piston is bent toward the parking case. The piston has a hydraulic pressure generating end(36) forming a hydraulic pressure supply space(34). The parking lever is contacted to the outer surface of the hydraulic pressure generating end. The spring is inserted to the outer diameter portion of a boss which is formed inside the parking cover. The spring is positioned between the outside of the pressing end and the inside of the parking lever.
