    • The objective of the present invention is to provide a center-trimming tooth model trimmer capable of trimming the center as well as the outer surface of a tooth model through the front surface and the width part of a trimming wheel using a single model trimmer by improving the existing tooth model trimmer. Also, another objective of the present invention is to provide a center-trimming tooth model trimmer capable of securing trimming hardness of the trimming wheel by depositing diamond on the trimming wheel. To achieve the objectives, according to the present invention, the center-trimming tooth model trimmer includes: a driving motor; and a trimming wheel driven by the driving motor. The trimming wheel forms a space in the gap with the driving motor to trim the center part of a tooth model. The driving motor further includes a support plate to support the tooth model on the lateral side of the trimming wheel in the thickness direction.

    • PURPOSE: A cutting bur for easily discharging chips, a manufacturing method thereof and a using method thereof are provided to prevent a chip form being caught by discharging the chip through a cross cut portion in which a flute is cross cut. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a cutting bur easily discharging chips is as follows. A bur body is manufacture(S100). The bur body is divided into a head portion and a rod portion based on a neck portion(S200). 6 to 8 flutes are formed in the head portion with six-shaft CNC grinder in a screw method(S300). A surface of the head portion where the flute is formed is cross-cut processed to an opposite direction of a flute forming direction. A length of the bur body is 40.00 to 50.00mm. A length of the neck portion is 0.20 to 2.00mm. A length of the head portion is 0.50 to 2.30mm. A length of the rod portion is 2.00 to 4.00mm.
