    • PURPOSE: A method for recovering precious metal is provided to more effectively adsorb palladium from waste liquid left after polymerization of polyketone by using anion exchange resin. CONSTITUTION: A method for recovering precious metal from waste liquid left after polymerization of polyketone comprises the steps of: filtering polyketone produced from polymerization of polyketone with a reaction medium to obtain first waste liquid, recovering the reaction medium from first and second waste liquid through distillation to obtain distilled waste liquid, adsorbing and separating palladium from the distilled waste liquid using ion exchange resin, and desorbing the palladium from the ion exchange resin to recover concentrated palladium.
