    • PURPOSE: Provided are a surface detergent for aluminum building material which can conveniently remove contaminant on surface of aluminum building material without using environment-friendly detergent and substantially improve beauty, durability and weatherability of aluminum articles, and a method for producing the same. CONSTITUTION: The coating material consists of 1-10 wt% of aqueous alkaline solution, 0.1-5 wt% of surfactant, 0.1-10 wt% of aqueous solution of polymerized alkali salt, and the rest of water. The aqueous alkaline solution is at least one selected from the group consisting of sodium hydroxide(NaOH), potassium hydroxide(KOH) and so on. The surfactant is at least one selected from the group consisting of sodium laurate, sodium myristate, sodium palmitate, sodium stearate, sodium oleate, n-dodecyl benzene sodium sulfate, C14 linear, higher alcohol sodium sulfate ester, and nonyl phenol polyoxyethylene ether.

    • PURPOSE: Provided are a coating material which can conveniently remove contaminant on surface of aluminum building material and form a uniform coating layer capable of improving durability of surface layer, and which consists of environmentally friendly raw materials, and a method for producing the same. CONSTITUTION: The coating material consists of 1-20 wt% of abrasive, 0.1-10 wt% of surfactant, 1-10 wt% of crosslinking silicon-based resin, and the rest of water. The abrasive is at least one selected from the group consisting of active carbon, diatomaceous earth, acid clay predominantly consisting of silicon oxide or aluminum oxide, activated clay obtained by chemically treating the acid clay, silica gel of hydrous, amorphous silicon dioxide(SiO2·nH2O), or bentonite. The surface area of the abrasive is 1000-2500 m2/g.
