摘要： PURPOSE: A method and a system for purifying asbestos contaminated soil are provided to eliminate asbestos from the contaminated soil by including a scattering process with respect to the asbestos contained in the contaminated soil. CONSTITUTION: A method for purifying asbestos contaminated soil includes the following: Asbestos contaminated soil is collected(M10). The collected soil is disturbed in a main chamber to scatter asbestos from the contaminated soil(M20). The contaminated soil is dropped to the lower side of the main chamber to be disturbed. Air is blown to the contaminated soil in order to scatter the asbestos. The scattered asbestos is eliminated from the contaminated soil(M30). The soil without the scattered asbestos is discharged to the outside of the main chamber(M40).

摘要： PURPOSE: A transferable asbestos contaminated soil purifying apparatus is provided to cost-effectively restore soil and to improve the reliability of the soil restoring process by directly implementing an asbestos eliminating process and the soil restoring process. CONSTITUTION: A first processing chamber(220) secures a space for eliminating asbestos from contaminated soil. A disturbing unit disturbs and excavates the contaminated soil. Asbestos is scattered from the contaminated soil while the contaminated soil is disturbed. The excavated soil is transferred from one side to another side of the first processing chamber and is discharged to the ground by a transferring unit. A second processing chamber collects the scattered asbestos. A sucking fan sucks the scattered asbestos and transfers the sucked asbestos to the second processing chamber. Water is sprayed to floating asbestos in the second processing chamber.

摘要： PURPOSE: An apparatus for treating initial rainwater and a method thereof are provided to prevent blocking of filter medium and extend exchange period of a filter unit because sludge absorbed in the filter medium inside the filter unit is removed by flowing backward target water into the filter unit, thereby reducing costs for maintenance. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for treating initial rainwater comprises a settling tank(10), a filter tank(20), a filter unit(30), an effluent tank(40), a back washing unit(50), and a sludge storage tank(60). Initial rainwater flows into the settling tank in which earthy materials and concomitant of the initial rainwater flowed in is sunk. The rainwater, removed the earthy materials and the concomitant in the settling tank, flows into the filter tank. The filter unit is installed in the filter tank to filter the rainwater flowed into the filter tank. The water filtered by the filter unit flows into the effluent tank and temporarily stores. If the water level of the effluent tank becomes lower than predetermined level, the back washing unit allows the water in the effluent tank to flow backward into the inside of the filter unit in order to remove sludge in the filter unit. The sludge removed in the filter unit flows into the sludge storage tank.
