摘要： PURPOSE: A polyethylene mat finishing apparatus is provided to reduce time and cost required for a finishing process by performing pressing and finishing with a press while heat is added to the edge part of a polyethylene mat. CONSTITUTION: A polyethylene mat finishing apparatus(100) includes a feed body portion(200) and a main body portion(300). The feed body portion is installed in the front of the main body portion and moves a polyethylene mat forward and backward in a state in which the polyethylene mat is put on. The main body portion performs a finishing process by compressing and cutting an end part after adding heat to the edge of the polyethylene mat in case the polyethylene mat moves backward and the edge of the polyethylene mat is located in the main body portion.

摘要： PURPOSE: A PE(Polyethylene) mat and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to form an edge portion of a mat because an unnecessary portion is eliminated by pressing the edge portion. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a PE mat is as follows. A PE resin is foamed so that a PE foam having various voids is manufactured. A film is laminated on a surface of the PE foam so that an upper sheet(30) and lower sheet(10) are manufactured. The PE foam is used as a cushion member(20) and the lower sheet is laminated on the lower part of the cushion member and the upper sheet is laminated on the upper part of the cushion member so that a PE mat is temporally produced. An edge portion of the temporally produced PE mat is heated for predetermined time and pressed by a press(100) so that an outer end of the edge portion is cut by a cutting blade(122).
