    • An apparatus for automatic measurement of dissolved oxygen is provided to solve a volume error problem and a reagent error problem of Winkler method that is a conventional manual measuring method, and solve a sedimentation problem generated due to mixing fixing reagents, and a method for automatic measurement of dissolved oxygen using the apparatus is provided. An apparatus for automatic measurement of dissolved oxygen comprises: a reactor(50) for mixing a sample with a first fixing reagent and a second fixing reagent for fixing the dissolved oxygen; a light source and a detector for measuring absorbance of the sample colored by the mixing; a first control valve(30) for injecting the first fixing reagent into the reactor; a second control valve(40) for injecting the second fixing reagent into the reactor; and a syringe pump(10) and a syringe valve(20) for sucking the first and second fixing reagents into the reactor or discharging the first and second fixing reagents from the reactor through the first and second control valves communicating with the reactor. The first control valve is a multi-port valve including a first fixing reagent injecting port for injecting the first fixing reagent into the reactor and a closed port for closing the communication of the first control valve with the reactor. The second control valve is a multi-port valve including a second fixing reagent injecting port for injecting the second fixing reagent into the reactor, a sample injecting port for injecting the sample into the reactor, a discharge port for discharging the sample from the inside of the reactor, and a closed port for closing the communication of the second control valve with the reactor.
