The electrophoresis board is characterized in that a substrate and a separation wall for separating electrophoresis paths are formed integrally with each other. The separation wall is made of an optical absorption material which is selected from a group consisting of ferric oxide, cobalt oxide, crocus of copper, black pigment containing carbon or mixture thereof.
