    • PURPOSE: A method for purifying nucleic acids at ultra high speed is provided to quickly analyze disease source. CONSTITUTION: A method for purifying nucleic acid from a biological sample by paper chromatography at ultra high speed comprises: a step of adsorbing nucleic acids onto a silica membrane; a step of isolating contaminant from the silica membrane by paper chromatography; and a step of applying direct PCR, RT-PCR, real time PCR or real time RT-PCR of the nucleic acids using a cell crushing buffer solution. The buffer solution contains surfactant, guanidine thiocyanate, and sodium lauryl sarcosinate.
