摘要： PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a floor board using a bamboo film is provided to prevent a floor board from cracking or becoming bent even if ultraviolet rays are applied to the floor board for a long time. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a floor board using a bamboo film is as follows. Bamboo is naturally dried and cut into bamboo pieces. The bamboo pieces are carbonized and aged. A bamboo film is formed by injecting adhesive to the aged bamboo pieces. A bamboo floor material is formed by compressing and molding the bamboo film using a press. Anti-slip patterns are formed on the top and bottom surfaces of the bamboo floor material by pressing the bamboo floor material using upper and lower presses. The surfaces of the bamboo floor material are coated with a UV blocking agent, varnish, and an antibacterial material.
