摘要： PURPOSE: A nanocolloid formation apparatus, and a stick-shaped liquid injection type cartridge device are provided to improve the characteristics after the generation of nanocolloid and workability. CONSTITUTION: A nanocolloid formation apparatus(1) comprises a stick-shaped liquid injection type cartridge(100) where a metal wire is attached to an electrode; a main body(200) in which a cartridge is mounted, and supplies the high voltage electrical energy to the mounted cartridge; and a safeguard(300) which supports the cartridge and the main body when the cartridge and the main body are mounted. The main body comprises a cartridge holder(210) provided with an electrode; a cartridge storage part(220) for the temporal storage of cartridges; and a system control part(230).
