    • PURPOSE: A simulated root canal unit for charging practice and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to manufacture a simulated root canal unit having various root canal shapes by injection-molding a resin while a canal body having various root canal shapes are putted in a mold in advance. CONSTITUTION: A canal body(11) of a root canal shape is prepared having an empty tube type and a flat bottom end portion. An upper mold(20) having a resin gate(21) on the top and a lower mold(30) are prepared. The bottom of the canal body is arranged inside the lower mold to be contacted with a floor of the lower mold. A mold is assembled by connecting the upper mold and the lower mold. A melted resin is inserted into an internal space between the lower mold and the upper mold through the resin gate. The upper mold and the lower mold are separated each other.

    • PURPOSE: A leak testing device for a vascular anastomotic device is provided to prevent a faulty product from being used for an operation by inspecting the faulty product in advance to confirm a leak generation due to a product failure of a manufactured vascular anastomotic device. CONSTITUTION: A leak testing device for a vascular anastomotic device comprises a first blood vessel member(10), a second blood vessel member(20), a circulating pipe(30), a circulating pump(40), a manometer(50), and a water tub(60). The first blood vessel member is composed of one material among a flexible synthetic resin material, an artificial blood vessel, and a blood vessel and connected to a side of a vascular anastomotic device(1). The second blood vessel member is composed of the same material with the first blood vessel member and connected to the other side of the vascular anastomotic device. One end of the circulating pipe is connected to the first blood vessel member and the other end is connected to the second blood vessel member. A valve(31) connected to an external supplying pipe(31a) is installed in the central middle side of the circulating pipe so that liquid(32) is supplied to inside the circulating pipe. The circulating pump circulates the liquid inside the circulating pipe. The manometer measures pressure inside the circulating pipe. The inner side of the water tub is filled with PBS(Phosphate Buffered Saline) and the vascular anastomotic device is put inside the PBS.
