    • 본발명은비접촉식손소독제자동배출장치에관한것으로; 이의목적은센서를통해사용자의손이감지되면용기에저장된손소독제(손세정액)를일정량자동배출시킴으로써비접촉방식으로이를사용하여교차감염을예방할수 있도록하는것이다. 이를위해본 발명에따른『비접촉식손소독제자동배출장치』에의하면; 내부에전면이개방된용기-수용공간(110)이형성되고, 상기용기-수용공간(110)의아래측에손소독제를아래로배출시키기위한배출구(120)가마련되며, 상기배출구(120) 하부에사용자가손을넣을수 있는핸드투입공간(130)이형성되는본체(100)와; 상기본체(100)의전면부에힌지(210) 결합되어상기용기-수용공간(110)의개방부를개폐하며투영창(220)이마련된전면덮개(200)와; 내부에는손소독제(310)가담기며상기용기-수용공간(110)에서네크(320)가아래를향해거꾸로배치되고, 네크(320)에는상기배출구(120) 직상부에위치하며손소독제(310)를일정량씩펌핑하여아래로배출시키기위한역립형펌프디스펜서(330)가장착된소독제용기(300)와; 상기본체(100)의용기-수용공간(110) 저부에수용배치되며, 중앙부위에는상기소독제용기(300)의펌프디스펜서(330)가전방에서후방을향해수평방향으로끼워져거치되도록전방이개방된 U 형태의펌프거치구(410)가마련되고, 내부에는배터리(430)와각종전장품이수용설치되는전장품케이스(400)와; 상기전장품케이스(400)의펌프거치구(410) 하부에서상하로일정높이이동가능하게배치되며, 상측으로이동하면서는상기소독제용기(300) 펌프디스펜서(330)의피스톤축(331)을상측으로눌러손소독제(310)를배출시키기위한엘리베이팅푸셔(500)와; 상기전장품케이스(400)의후방부에설치되며구동모터(610)의회전력을전달받아상기엘리베이팅푸셔(500)를상측방향으로일정높이상승시켰다가다시하강시키는기어박스유닛(600)과; 상기전장품케이스(400)의저부에배치되어상기핸드투입공간(130)에사용자손의접근여부를감지하기위한감지센서(700)와; 전기부품을제어하기위해상기전장품케이스(400)에배치되며, 상기감지센서(700)를통해사용자의손이들어왔다는신호가감지되면상기엘리베이팅푸셔(500)가상기펌프디스펜서(330)의피스톤축(331)을상측으로눌렀다가내려오도록상기구동모터(610)를소정시간구동시키는회로기판(800)을; 구비하는것을특징으로한다.

    • PURPOSE: A fluid pumping dispenser is provided to prevent the fluid remaining behind in the outlet side of the push head is inhaled in the state where the exhaust guide is risen with the push head to the negative pressure chamber of the negative pressure formation member and the leakage phenomenon is not created. CONSTITUTION: A fluid pumping dispenser includes a large cap(210), a cylinder(220), a first check valve(230), a hollow piston(240), a second check valve(250), an exhaust guide(270), a coil spring(280), and a push head(290). The large cap installs to the entrance of the container to the screw coupling method. The cylinder is installed in the inner side of the large cap on coaxial. And while the pressure chamber in which the fluid is inhaled in inside and which is temporarily stored is formed, the inlet prepares in the lower part for the fluid suction. The first check valve selectively opens and closes the inlet of cylinder according to the pressure chamber pressure gradient of cylinder while being arranged in the inlet direct image part of cylinder.
    • 目的:提供流体泵送分配器,以防止在排气导管随着推头升高到负压形成构件的负压室的状态下,推动头的出口侧残留的流体被吸入, 不会产生泄漏现象。 构成:流体泵送分配器包括大盖(210),气缸(220),第一止回阀(230),中空活塞(240),第二止回阀(250),排气引导件(270) 螺旋弹簧(280)和推头(290)。 大盖安装在容器入口处的螺丝联轴器上。 气缸安装在同轴的大盖的内侧。 并且,在流体被吸入内部并被暂时储存的压力室形成时,入口准备在下部以进行流体抽吸。 第一止回阀根据气缸的压力室压力梯度选择性地打开和关闭气缸的入口,同时布置在气缸的入口直接图像部分中。
