摘要： A passive damper is provided to allow a first vibration attenuation member to operate when the relative displacement amount of first and second high rigid members is less than a preset value, and to allow a second vibration attenuation member to operate when the relative displacement amount of the first and second high rigid members exceeds the preset value. A passive damper comprises a first high rigid member(12) and a second high rigid member(13). The first and second high rigid members are integrally coupled with each other while interposing a vibration attenuation member therebetween. The vibration attenuation member includes first and second vibration attenuation members(14A,14B) having elastic properties different from each other. When the relative displacement amount of the first and second high rigid members is less than a preset value, the first vibration attenuation member operates. When the relative displacement amount of the first and second high rigid members exceeds the preset value, the second vibration attenuation member operates.
