    • PURPOSE: A structure and method for brazing of steel sheet and pipe joint in solar heat collector are provided to prevent the sheet and the connection pipe from being overheated regardless of thickness and size of a sampling member. CONSTITUTION: A connection pipe(20) includes an outer surface, which is inclined at a predetermined angle. The connection pipe(20) is inserted into a heat collecting plate(10). A longitudinal sheet part(37) is formed between a tip of the connection pipe(20) and the heat collecting plate(10). An insertion member(31) is inserted into a slot formed in the longitudinal sheet part(37). A filler metal(32) is positioned at an upper gap section(34) of the heat collecting plate(10). A heating source(33) is provided to heat the upper gap section(34) in such a manner that the insertion member(31) and the filler metal(32) are molten, thereby welding the connection pipe(20) to the heat collecting plate(10).

    • PURPOSE: A hot water reservoir tank for a galvanized heating/boiling system and a control method thereof are provided to have a molten galvanized layer including a brittleness welding portion having high corrosion resistance against hot water and excellent resistance against contraction and expansion of a hot water reservoir tank. CONSTITUTION: Plate material is sheared in a specific size and width, punched, rolled and pressed. The plate material is molten and galvanized in a melting furnace. For melting and galvanizing of the plate material, the plate material is dipped in the melting furnace filled with high purity Zn of 450-500deg.C for 5-10min. The molten Zn is coated over the plate material. The plate material is pickled for easy Zn coating before the plate material is dipped into the melting furnace. In a process of coating the molten Zn to the plate material, diffusion coating occurs at a boundary layer between the Zn layer and the plate material. Thereby, the plate material obtains high corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance. The plate material has a Zn-coated layer of 50-150 micrometers in thickness preferably by 1-3 times dipping into the melting furnace. To prevent a welding portion of the plate material from being coated by Zn, a wash primer is coated over the welding portion. Then, the plate material is dipped into the melting furnace. Therefore, the plate material is welded easily through the welding portion not coated by Zn.
