    • 본 발명은 금형의 냉각구조체에 있어서의 유로 내의 녹 제거장치 및 녹 제거방법에 관한 것으로서, 물에 인산을 소정비율로 첨가하여 생성한 방청용 혼합액에 초음파 진동을 부여함과 동시에 가열하여 소정 압력으로 금형의 냉각구조체 유로의 일단에서 공급하여 타단에서 배출함으로써 상기 금형의 냉각구조체 유로 내면에 발생한 녹을 제거함과 동시에 방청용 혼합액 중의 인산과 유로 형성재료의 철이 화합한 인산철의 방청피막을 유로 내면에 형성하는 장치 및 방법으로 인산과 온수의 방청용 혼합액에 초음파 진동을 부여하여 배관 내의 유로에 압송 순환시켜 녹을 제거함과 동시에 냉각시키기 때문에 종래 이용하고 있는 염산 및 황산과는 달리 산을 중화할 필요가 없고, 또 녹을 제거함과 동시에 인산철의 방청피막으로 녹 발생을 효율적으로 억제할 수 있고, 수세작업, 중화처리작업 및 녹 방지기름의 주입작업이 필요 없어 장치가 대폭 간단하게 되므로 소형화할 수 있으며, 온수 온돌 난방의 열교환용 배관 내의 녹이나 성형용 금형의 냉각과 녹을 방지함으로써 금형의 기능이 양호하여 정상적인 성형작업으로 성형품의 품질과 생산성의 향상과 금형시간의 단축, 가동율의 향상, 금형의 수명을 대폭적으로 늘일 수 있는 각별한 장점이 있다.

    • PURPOSE: A rust removing device within a flow path on a cooling structure of a mold and a rust removing method using the same are provided to suppress rust by forming a rust-proof film on the inside of a flow path. CONSTITUTION: A rust removing device within a flow path on a cooling structure of a mold comprises a rustproof mixed solution tank(10), an ultrasonic wave generator(20), a circulating pump(30), supply and collecting flexible pipes(40,40'), and a foreign material collecting vessel(50). The rustproof mixed solution stores rustproof mixed solution which contains the water and the phosphoric acid. The ultrasonic wave generator applies supersonic vibration on the rustproof mixed solution. The circulating pump circulates the rustproof mixed solution from the tank to a cooling structure of a mold. The supply flexible pipe connects the one end of the flow path and the tank to transfer the rustproof mixed solution to the flow path of the cooling structure. The collecting flexible pipe connects one end of the flow path and the foreign material collecting vessel to collect the rustproof mixed solution.

The combustion chamber is connected to the drying chamber and provided with a metal screen(21) at an outlet. The metal screen is configured to prevent flames from being discharged. The burner, installed in the combustion chamber, includes a combustion gas filtering unit. The combustion gas filtering unit mixes combustion gas with air prior to igniting the combustion gas injected through a nozzle so as to diffuse flames without lowering thermal power and to shorten the discharged length of the flames.

    • PURPOSE: A waste oil burner is provided to ensure perfect combustion of contaminants by burning the residues of waste oil in a bent portion again. CONSTITUTION: A waste oil burner(1) comprises a waste oil storage tank(10), a preheating unit(20), a main body(40), an injection unit(50), an air supply unit(60), an ignition unit(70), an inner tube(80), and an outer tube(90). The preheating unit preheats waste oil in the waste oil storage tank. The main body has an air inlet(41) and an air outlet(42). The injection unit is installed close to the air outlet in the main body and sprays waste oil of the waste oil storage tank. The air supply unit supplies compressed air into the injection unit so that waste oil and compressed air are sprayed by the injection unit at the same time. The ignition unit is fixed to one side of the injection unit and ignites the waste oil discharged from the injection unit. The inner tube is extended from one side of the main body to the front. One end of the outer tube is coupled to one side of the main body, and the inner surface of the outer tube is separated from the exterior of the inner tube. The outer tube comprises a tube body(91) whose leading end is located in front of the injection unit and a bent part(92) which is bent inward from the leading end of the tube body.
