摘要： The present invention relates to an insulating apparatus for preventing an electric shock accident from occurring due to an overhead distribution line, which is capable of protecting the overhead distribution line and a distribution line fixing member while safely protecting a worker from a danger such as an electric shock accident. The insulating apparatus according to the present invention includes: the distribution line fixing member (10) fixed to a steel arm (2) of a utility pole (1) to fix and support the overhead distribution line (L); and an insulating cover (20) surrounding the overhead distribution line (L) and the distribution line fixing member (10) to protect a worker from the danger of an electric shock and protect the distribution line fixing member (10) from external force. According to an embodiment of the present invention, since the insulating apparatus is fabricated of rubber, even though a worker carelessly makes contact with the insulating cover, the worker can be safely protected from the danger of an electric shock. In addition, since the insulating cover is sealed while surrounding the overhead distribution line and the distribution fixing member, foreign substances can be prevented from being introduced therein and the overhead distribution line and the distribution fixing member can be protected from external force.

An insulator linker according to the present invention includes an insulator insulating frame (10) provided with an insulator (11) for fixing an overhead power distribution line (L) to both ends thereof and fixed in parallel with an electric pole (1); connectors (20) installed to an upper surface of the insulator insulating frame (10) in parallel with each other and spaced apart from each other by a fixing unit (B); a work platform (30) movably coupled to the connectors (20) and on which equipment and tools required for troubleshooting and exchange hang; and a stopper (40) installed to the work platform (30) to limit the movement of the work platform (30). According to an embodiment of the present invention, the equipment and tools required for troubleshooting and exchange may hang on the work platform, so that the equipment and tools may be very easily kept. 摘要： The present invention relates a ground installation protection box for an underground distribution line, which is capable of preventing a connector from falling down or preventing the underground distribution line from being separated from the connector by allowing buffer means to absorb and attenuate a shock when an earthquake occurs. A ground installation switchboard for an underground distribution line according to the present invention includes: a distribution line box (100) installed on the ground; an underground protection tube (200) communicating with the distribution line box (100) to protect an underground distribution line (L) from external force; an installation frame (300) installed on the distribution line box (100); buffer means (400) disposed on a lower portion of the installation frame (300) to elastically support the installation frame (300); and a connector (500) rotatably installed through the medium of a bearing (B) to the installation frame (300) to fix the underground distribution lines (L) and to electrically connect the underground distribution lines (L) to each other. According to an embodiment of the present invention, when an earthquake occurs in state that the underground distribution line is connected to the distribution line box through the medium of the connector, the buffer means installed between a supporter and the installation frame absorbs and attenuates the vibration transferred to the installation frame, the connector and the underground distribution line, so that the connector can be prevented from falling down or being separated from the underground distribution line.
