CONSTITUTION: A low nitrogen oxide burner comprises a burner main body(11), a central nozzle unit(21), an outer blast tube(37), a register(41), and a flow velocity increasing unit(51). The register includes an inlet path(47) and an exhaust path(49). The register is arranged between the outer blast tube and the central nozzle unit. The flow velocity increasing unit has a smaller gap than a gap between the register and the central nozzle unit and increases the flow velocity of air flowing between the register and the central nozzle unit by arranging along the circumference of the central nozzle unit.     • PURPOSE: A low- NOx(Nitrogen Oxide ) oil burner is provided to decrease the temperature of flame because a part of exhaust gas in a combustion chamber is mixed with the flame after being mixed with combustion air. CONSTITUTION: A low- NOx(Nitrogen Oxide ) oil burner comprises a burner body(11), a diffuser(21), a blast tube(31), and a plurality of nozzles(41). The burner body comprises an air feed passage(13), and the leading end of the burner body is let into a combustion chamber. The diffuser comprises a primary air hole(25) and an air jetting passage(23). Oil is jetted toward the center of the combustion chamber through the primary air hole. The air jetting passage is formed between the diffuser and the inner periphery of the leading end of the burner body. An outer diameter of the diffuser gradually increases toward the combustion chamber. The blast tube is formed along an external periphery of the diffuser and leading end of the burner body. The blast tube guides exhaust gas to the combustion chamber by injecting some exhaust gas into the external periphery of the leading end of the burner body. The nozzle jets the oil to the combustion chamber through the primary air hole.

    • A nozzle assembly is provided to prevent damage to the nozzle assembly and to reduce overload of a fuel supply system. A nozzle assembly(5) includes a nozzle tip(10), a nozzle body(20), a nozzle needle(40), a spring(45), a spring elasticity adjustment unit(50), and an O-ring(55). The nozzle tip has an injection hole(13) for injecting fuel. The nozzle body has a fuel inlet channel(25) and a fuel outlet channel(27), a chamber(23) for communicating the fuel inlet channel and the fuel outlet channel, and a nozzle tip mounting hole(21) communicated to the chamber. The nozzle needle has a head(43) approaching/getting far from the nozzle tip mounting hole to open/close the nozzle tip mounting hole. The nozzle needle is slidably arranged in the chamber. The spring is opposed to the nozzle tip at both sides of the nozzle needle interposed between the nozzle tip and the spring. The spring elastically supports the nozzle needle in correspondence to the pressure applied to the chamber. The spring elasticity adjustment unit supports one end of the spring, and adjusts the movement distance of the nozzle needle by adjusting the elasticity applied to the nozzle needle. The O-ring is mounted on an outer surface of the nozzle needle such that the O-ring prevents fuel in the chamber from leaking to the spring through the gap formed between an outer surface of the nozzle needle and an inner surface of the chamber.

CONSTITUTION: A low NOx burner(1000) comprises a burner body(1100) and multiple flame guide parts(1200). The burner body has an air feeding passage(1110) and is mounted on a burner mounting hole(2100) of a combustion chamber. The flame guide parts are connected to the air feeding passage; guide flame to a combustion chamber; and are adjacently arranged to each other in order to form a circumference. The flame guide part comprises a tube(1210), a fuel supply pipe(1220), a diffuser(1230), and multiple fuel nozzles(1240).
