The pulse type vacuum suction system which automatically tracks optimal vacuum pulse speed according to elasticity of an operation unit of the present invention comprises: one or more vacuum generators which generate vacuum pressure; one or more vacuum valves which open and close vacuum in the vacuum generator side by being connected between one or more vacuum generators and a surgical tool; one or more vacuum sensor units which sense vacuum pressure used in the surgical tool side; a control unit which controls opening and closing of the vacuum valve; and the surgical tool which is operated by appropriate vacuum pressure according to control action of the control unit. The control unit controls the vacuum valve by receiving signals of the vacuum sensor unit in order to automatically produce optimal vacuum pulse cycle according to elasticity of skin contacted to the surgical tool.
