摘要： The present invention includes: a first part transfer line to which parts of mobile phones for inspection and marking are transferred; a second part transfer line arranged in parallel with the first part transfer line by having a gap from the first part transfer line; a bridge arranged between the first and second part transfer lines; a failure inspection module arranged on the top of the first part transfer line for inspecting a failure of the parts of mobile phones; a defective part loading unit arranged in one side of the backside of the failure inspection module in the direction of the parts of mobile phones transferred to the first part transfer line for loading defective parts of mobile phones determined as defective ones; a part forced transfer unit prepared in a region on which the defective part loading unit is arranged for forcibly moving the defective parts of mobile phones to the defective part loading unit; a marking module arranged in the second part transfer line for performing marking on the surface of good parts of mobile phones; and a controller for controlling the operation of the first and second part transfer lines, the failure inspection module, the part forced transfer unit, and the marking module to automatically proceed to perform disposal of the defective parts of mobile phones and marking of the good parts of mobile phones through the marking module after inspecting the failure of the parts of mobile phones.

摘要： The present invention relates to a press type blast mapper of a new structure capable of efficiently removing burrs remaining on the surface of an object to be processed such as a case of a portable terminal. The press type mapper according to the present invention includes an opening (11c) on the top surface of a lower cylinder body (11) of a body (10) and a jig (20) fixing a case (1) of a portable terminal to a through-hole (21) and can remove burrs formed on the case (1) of the portable terminal by injecting an abrasive material via an injecting nozzle (30) while the opening is completely closed by moving a lifting cover (30) downward and joining the lifting cover (30) to the top surface of the jig (20) after fixing the case (1) of the portable terminal to the jig (20). Therefore, the discharge of abrasive material injected via the injecting nozzle (40) and dust generated in the burr removal process to the outside is prevented so that the degradation of a working environment is prevented.
