    • The present invention provides a wave power generating apparatus which enables efficient electric energy generation by continuous provision of fluid such as air pressure, oil pressure, and hydraulic pressure which drives a power turbine in a wave power generating system at a certain pressure level. In addition, the structure of the present invention is simple and allows a user to safely use the apparatus without breaking down. For the economic aspect, the apparatus converts wave energy delivered through a floating body (2) into fluid pressure energy through the simple structure and operates a power generating turbine (5) while keeping the pressure of the generated fluid pressure energy with a constant pressure valve (8), thus the power generating efficiency is increased due to the stable electric energy generation.
