    • 본 발명은 열회수 온수탱크 시스템에 관한 것으로, 가정, 건물 세대로 온수를 공급하는 급탕탱크 시스템에 있어서, 온수를 내부에 수용하도록 밀폐된 저장공간(102)이 형성되고, 상기 저장공간(102)의 내부 설정온도와 압력 및 고온감지를 위한 측정센서(104)가 전면외측으로 구비되며, 상부 일면에 저장공간의 압력상승을 제어하기 위한 안전밸브(106)가 구비된 급탕탱크(100)와; 상기 급탕탱크(100) 상부면에 관결합되고, 온수의 공급차단을 제어하도록 체크밸브가 배관 상에 결합되며, 세대로 온수를 공급하기 위한 급탕공급배관(200)과; 상기 급탕공급배관(200)과 연결되고, 상기 급탕공급배관(200)으로부터 각 세대로 공급되어 사용하고 남은 온수가 급탕탱크(100)로 회수되도록 상기 급탕탱크(100) 측면 상부 일면으로 관 결합하는 급탕회수배관(300)과; 상기 급탕탱크(100)로부터 물을 가열하도록 공급받는 공급순환배관(410)이 하측에 결합되고, 공급받은 물을 가열하여 온수를 상기 급탕탱크(100)의 저장공간으로 배출하는 배출순환배관(420)이 결합된 보일러(400)와; 상기 급탕탱크(100) 하부외측으로 구비되고, 상기 공급순환배관(410)에 관결합되어 온수가 상기 보일러(400)와 상기 급탕탱크(100) 및 각 세대로 이송 순환되도록 관내 압력을 발생하도록 마련된 급탕순환펌프(500)와; 상기 보일러(400)로부터 가열된 온수를 급탕탱크(100)의 저장공간 내부에 유입되도록 상기 배출순환배관(420)과 관결합되고, 상기 급탕탱크(100)의 저장공간 하부로 관 연장되며, 관 연장된 저장공간 하측으로 다수의 분기관(610)이 형성되어 상기 분기관(610)을 통해 온수가 상기 급탕탱크(100) 하부로 유입되도록 마련된 온수분배수단(600)과; 상기 급탕탱크(100) 내부에 상하 지그재그로 절곡되어 형성되고, 일단이 상기 급탕회수배관(300)과 관결합되어 회수되는 온수가 상기 급탕탱크(100)의 저장공간 상하 지그재그로 이송되면서 급탕탱크(100)의 저장공간(102)에 저장된 중상부층의 온수로부터 열원을 전달받아 예열하도록 마련되고, 타단이 상기 급탕순환펌프(500)와 관결합되어 예열된 온수가 급탕순환펌프(500)에 의해 상기 공급순환배관(410)를 거쳐 보일러(400)로 순환되도록 마련된 열회수예열관(700);으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 열회수 급탕탱크 시스템에 관한 것이다.

    • PURPOSE: A hot water storage tank system for a heat recovery is provided to diminish a restriction of an installation place, and to reduce installation costs by simplifying a configuration, and to maintain and to repair conveniently. CONSTITUTION: A hot water storage tank system for a heat recovery comprises a hot water tank (100), a hot water supply pipe (200), a hot water recovery pipe (300), a boiler (400), a hot water circulation pump (500), a hot water distributing unit (600), and a heat recovery preheating pipe (700). In the hot water tank, a sealed storage space (102) is formed in order to accommodate warm water in an inside, and a measuring sensor (104) is equipped in an outside of a front side, and a safety valve (106) is equipped in one side of an upper part. The hot water supply pipe is pipe-combined with an upper part of the hot water tank, and a check valve is combined on a pipe. The hot water recovery pipe is connected to the hot water supply pipe, and pipe-combined in one side of an upper part of the hot water tank. A supply circulation pipe (410) is combined with a lower part of the boiler. An exhaust circulation pipe (420) is combined with the boiler. The hot water circulation pump is equipped in an outside of a lower part of the hot water tank. The hot water circulation pump is pipe-combined with the supply circulation pipe. The hot water distributing unit is pipe-combined with the exhaust circulation pipe, and a pipe is extended to a lower part of the storage space of the hot water tank, and multiple branch pipes (610) are formed to a lower part of the storage space in which the pipe is extended. The heat recovery preheating pipe is formed by curving in zigzags inside the hot water tank, and one end is pipe-combined with the hot water recovery pipe, and the other end is pipe-combined with the hot water circulation pump.     • The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing the insulation materials of tanks and valves, and the insulation materials manufactured thereby.
