    • PURPOSE: An electric fan type heater is provided to improve heat efficiency by increasing temperature in a short time, to easily control the amount of heat, to increase energy efficiency by reducing heat loss. CONSTITUTION: Width of a bobbin(9) whereon a hot wire(8) is wound becomes larger toward a reflecting plate(10). The heat radiated from the bobbin reflects on the reflecting plate at 360deg.C or 180deg.C. Thermal wavelengths of the heater are well matched, and little heat is absorbed in the reflecting plate. Thus, the reflecting plate is kept at a low temperature and disconnection or drooping of the hot wire is prevented. The hot wire is made with a second sort alloy constituted of 17-21wt% of Cr, 2-4wt% of Al, less than 1.0wt% of Mn, less than 0.15wt% of C, and Fe. The available temperature of the second sort alloy is 500deg.C. Therefore, the hot wire is easy to process. By changing the shape of the hot wire, temperature is increased promptly and heat efficiency is enhanced by the short heating time.
