    • PURPOSE: An elastic polymer gel and its preparation method are provided, which gel is improved in breaking strength, elongation and uniformity and is used for shielding and charging a water supply and drainage line, a gas supply line, wires, pipes and a doorframe to absorb the impact and to prevent the water leakage and corrosion. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of melting a mineral oil, a silicone oil and a gelling agent to make an oil solution; mixing the oil solution with a resin; melting the mixture at 150-250 deg.C; and adding a polymerization initiator for polymerizing the silicone oil when the temperature reaches to a certain point, to make the resin and the silicone oil be bonded by polymerization. Preferably the resin is polyisoprene resin and styrene-ethylene-butylene-styrene block copolymer resin; the polymerization initiator is selected from a peroxide, an acid and an organometallic compound; and the gelling agent is Tixogel or tetraethyl ammonium bromide.

CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of mixing an acryl compound having an isocyanate group and a hydroxy group with acetone in the ratio of 1:0.2 to 1:2 (isocyanate : acetone) by mol and reacting the mixture at 40-75 deg.C; adding a polyol to the mixture, reacting them at 40-75 deg.C, and adding an ionomer to the mixture to prepare a water-dispersive polyurethane-acryl resin; neutralizing the polyurethane-acryl resin at 40-75 deg.C; dropping water to the polyurethane-acryl resin with stirring it at a speed of 200-400 rpm until the phase is separated; and polymerizing the acryl monomer of the water-dispersive polyurethane-acryl resin by using a water-soluble initiator.

    • 본 발명은 일년생초인 옥수숫대로부터 기계펄프를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 첨가 약품으로 탄산나트륨, 탄산수소나트륨 또는 이들의 혼합물로 이루어지는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 염화합물과 과산화수소를 함께 첨가하여 리파이닝 공정(refining process)을 거쳐 펄프추출과 표백을 동시에 수행할 수 있는 옥수숫대 기계펄프 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 이 방법은 별도의 표백공정을 수행하지 않더라도 우수한 백색도를 나타내고, 또한 필요에 의해 후표백공정을 수행하더라도 공정을 크게 단순화시키게 되며, 특히 종래의 가성소다의 사용에서 발생하는 강한 알칼리에 의한 과산화수소의 분해의 문제와 규산나트륨에 의해 발생하는 스케일 문제를 근본적으로 해결할 수 있다. 옥수숫대 기계펄프의 제조방법은, (1) 옥수숫대 칩 100중량부에 탄산나트륨, 탄산수소나트륨 또는 이들의 혼합물로 이루어지는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 염화합물 0.2 내지 20중량부를 가하고, 5 내지 240분 동안 리파이닝시키는 기계펄프화공정; 및 (2) 상기 기계펄프화공정에서의 혼합물을 통상의 여과에 의해 여과하여 펄프를 수득하는 여과공정;들을 포함하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 한다.

    • A method for manufacturing a mechanical pulp from a cornstalk is provided to solve the decomposition problem of hydrogen peroxide due to the strong alkali basically. In the mechanical pulp process, the salt compound of 0.2 to 20 weight % selected from a sodium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate, sodium sulfite or two or more mixtures thereof is added into the cornstalk chip of 100 weight % and refined for 5 to 240 minutes. The mixture by the mechanical pulp process is filtered by the general filtration so that a pulp is obtained. The mechanical pulp process includes a pre-processing procedure of 100 to 150 degrees in centigrade. The mechanical pulp process is performed by the refining compression of 100 to 500kPa.
