    • PURPOSE: A capturing equipment having an ejection device of water pressure is provided which has hooks for hooking the sea bottom to allow fish, shellfish, or crustacea to be exposed and flow into the net by the water pressure effectively. CONSTITUTION: A capturing equipment comprises the followings: a) a net(4) which moves up and down freely and connected to the lower part of the back of the frame using hinge; b) supporters(5) which fixed on to the upper and lower part of the frame and extended toward front; c) water pressure distributing barrel(6) which is fixed on to supporters; d) slant hooks(3) which are attached to the lower part of the front regularly; and e) numerous ejection tubes(62,63) of water pressure which eject the pressure to the upper part of the hook and to the sea bottom at the front. The main ski(8) and assistance ski(81) are attached to the bottom of the net to slide and to allow the capturing equipment to keep a certain height from the bottom of the sea.

    • PURPOSE: Fermented food is provided to solve the problem due to intake of sugar in native grass fermented liquid by fermenting native grass without adding sugar.
