CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an L-shaped member for railway switch comprises the steps of: cutting a member plate(A) having a regular thickness into a regular sized L shape(B); forming an L-shaped member having a bent end to measure by putting the L shape on an L-shaped member form(C), then applying pressure; trimming a flash part(B-2) formed on the outer circumferential surface of the L-shaped member; and forming a through hole(B-3) at the center of a bent part(B-1) formed on the end of the L-shaped member.

    • PURPOSE: A combination structure body of a rail road connective tool is provided to prevent displacement even if using for a long time by having an unfastening preventive function. CONSTITUTION: After finishing assembling, a second main body(110) is rotated in one way. A latch gear unit(115) is not interfered with a key member(320) and a first main body(120) is rotated. A rod(400) connected to the first main body moves to the rail road connective tool(500). On the contrary, when the second main body is rotated in the other way, the latch gear unit interferes with the key member and keeps a fixed state. After a lock(310) is settled on an upper face of a cover(210), it is rotated. An upper end of the key member is connected to a female screw(312) and moved to an upper part. Meanwhile, the interference state between the key member and latch gear is released. Thus, the first main body is rotatable in one way and it is possible to regulate the movement distance of the rod.
