    • PURPOSE: A fluid controlling valve and a pressure controlling device using the same are provided to supply ink to a cartridge by precisely controlling the ink when printing and to prevent the ink from being supplied to the cartridge when not printing. CONSTITUTION: A pressure controlling device comprises a head(20). The head is placed on the top of a container(10) where ink is stored. The head comprises an ink guiding pipe(30) supplying the ink from the inside of the container to a cartridge and an air guiding pipe(40). Holes are respectively formed in the top and bottom portions of a external tube(51) of a fluid controlling valve(50). A linear cutting groove(a) of a check valve role is formed in the bottom portion of the fluid controlling valve being inserted into an internal space of an external tube by having a predetermined gap to be widened. The outer circumference of the top portion of the fluid controlling valve is closely inserted into the inner circumference of the external tube and pressure is generated in the inside of the container because the hole of the bottom portion is connected to the air guiding pipe in the state that the top of the fluid controlling valve is arranged near to the head in the inside of the container. The air discharged through the air guiding pipe because a linear cutting groove of the internal tube(52) is widened.

CONSTITUTION: A nozzle for charging ink in an ink cartridge comprises an intake port(1) and a coupling port(2). The inside diameter of the intake port is smaller than the inside diameter of an insert port of the ink cartridge. The coupling port is fixed and coupled in an outlet port(D) of an ink container(C). The intake port and coupling port are integrated at an obtuse angle. An end of coupling port is formed as corrugated pipe. The corrugated pipe helps the angle adjustment of the intake port. A stopper(3) made of a rubber material is located at the intake port.

    • PURPOSE: An ink flow control device for a printer is provided to always maintain standby ink in a decompression space of a pressure regulator in a printing process and to supply the ink at a predetermined pressure, thereby precisely controlling the ink supplied to a print head. CONSTITUTION: An ink flow control device for a printer includes a pressure regulator (30) and a check valve (40). The pressure regulator is installed on the middle of an ink passage between an ink container (1) and a print head (20). The pressure regulator includes an outlet (a) on the bottom and opened top surface so that a decompression space (b) is formed inside the pressure regulator. The underside of the check valve is mounted by being spaced from a floor of the decompression space, and the outer periphery of the upper part of the check valve is joined to the upper inner periphery of the decompression space to be airtight. The outlet of the pressure regulator is connected to the ink passage of a print head side. The upper part of the check valve is connected to the ink passage in the ink container.
