摘要： A fast optical shutter using micromirror motion is provided to realize high speed optical shutter by using a high speed micromirror movement. In an MMAL(Micromirror Array Lens)(21), an auxiliary lens(23) adjusts a focus on a point(27). The MMAL changes a focus to a point(26) of an image sensor(25). The MMAL changes not only the direction of a focused light, but also focal length. A micromirrors(22) changes each angle of micromirrors to make an incident light face outside of the image sensor when a shutter function is operated. A MMAL shutter includes material(24) for blocking or absorbing the incident light of which direction is changed by the micromirror.

摘要： A two-dimensional image projection device using array of micromirror array lenses and a random scanning technique is invented. Using the random scanning technique, the light efficiency is nearly doubled than that of the prior art. The invention makes a brighter and less power consuming display device possible. Because each micromirror array lens of array of micromirror array lenses can scan whole image plane, a fast self diagnosis and correction technique can be introduced in displaying device. The Self diagnosis and correction technique makes display device to maintain image quality even a few tens percent of micromirrors do not work properly. Owing to the scanning characteristics of micromirror array lens, the image projection device can express the same number of pixels image with less number of micromirrors than the prior art. This also enables small sized two-dimensional image projector, which can be incorporated in portable electronic equipments.

摘要： An image stabilization device using a micromirror array lens is provided to remove the necessity of mechanical macromotion to adjust adaptivity for using a vibration determination device of an optical axis, a high sample rate, a simple structure, and a certain shape. A micromirror array lens(33) focuses an image of an object on an image sensor. A vibration determination device(35) communicatively connects to the micromirror array lens(33), determines the vibration of an imaging device, and generates a vibration correction signal. The micromirror array lens(33) is adjusted to change an optical axis of the micromirror array lens(33) on the basis of at least a part of the vibration correction signal to correct the vibration of the micromirror array lens(33).
