摘要： PURPOSE: A system for executing to prepare and receive a petition of a small amount judgment case is provided to output user information and an item written by the user as one completed document through the Internet by replacing the information and the item as a data value, and to automatically input and output a display of a printed postal matter to a relevant law court and a user address. CONSTITUTION: If a user(11) connects to a web site route(2) using a terminal(7) connected to the Internet(6), a general explanation is displayed. A commission or a rental fee is paid through a payment system(9). If user information and payment information are transmitted to a web server(3) by the payment system(9), a web server program is operated and a law court presentation document related to a small amount lawsuit. The web server(3) queries individual contents related to a small amount lawsuit of a user sequentially. Response or description contents of the user are stored in database servers(5). A program installed in the web server(3) classifies and selects a small amount judgment question. The small amount judgment input contents are automatically processed based on a database value stored in a database server(5), and a petition is completed. A number of petitions are output and delivered to an automatic mail transmission system(10), and transmitted to the user(11) and a relevant law court(12).
