    • A servo hydraulic pump of an oil press and a motor system of a constructing machine using the same are provided to reduce an entire size of the constructing machine without installing a large-sized regulator. A servo hydraulic pump of an oil press comprises a rotary shaft(10), a plurality of pistons(22), a permanent magnet unit(20), an electric coil(30), an inclined plate(40), an oil inlet and(52) an outlet(50), an encoder(60), a pressure sensor(70), and a controller(80). The encoder measures RPM of the rotary shaft and computes discharge flow in proportion to the measured RPM. The discharge hydraulic pressure of oil is sensed by the pressure sensor and calculated at the controller to control current flow transmitting to the electric coil.
