    • PURPOSE: A processing method of a recycling material for manufacturing a polyethylene pipe is provided to recycle a synthetic resin product, which is generally discarded after being used, by melting the product to manufacture a polyethylene pipe. CONSTITUTION: A processing method of a recycling material for manufacturing a polyethylene pipe comprises the steps of: pulverizing a polyethylene container or a synthetic resin product formed of a polyethylene material into pieces (A) having a size of 2 to 3 cm; removing impurities by washing the pulverized synthetic resin pieces through a washer; drying the washed synthetic resin pieces by using a dehydrator after adding water and the synthetic resin pieces at a weight ratio of 10:1, setting a rotation rate of a dehydrator rotation body at RPM 800, and repeating the drying process for 3 times at a time interval of 30 to 40 seconds; drying the resultant using hot air while maintaining a temperature of 60 to 80°C for 30 to 50 minutes; manufacturing the dried synthetic resin pieces in a shape of a stick by heating the resultant to a temperature of 180 to 270°C and pressing the melted resultant into the shape of a stick with a diameter of 3.5 to 6 mm; cutting the pressed stick into a form of a chip such that the chip has a length of 4 to 6 mm; and cooling the manufactured chip at a temperature of 20 to 25°C by using an air cooling method for 30 to 50 minutes, and thus a synthetic resin chip for manufacturing a polyethylene pipe is completed.
