    • PURPOSE: A construction structure painting method is provided to reduce cooling and heating cost maximizing energy efficiency of a construction structure, to effectively protect the construction structure from thermal impact and ultraviolet rays, and to control humidity of a construction material. CONSTITUTION: A construction structure painting method comprises a preprocessing step (S1) which treats a painting object surface of a building; a primer applying step (S2) which applies primer on the surface of a painting object treated with the preprocessing step; a paint applying step (S3) which applies a functional paint with a heat prevention function on the surface of the painting object on which the primer is applied through the primer applying step. The functional paint comprises a 25-45 weight % of polyacrylate resin, a 10-30 weight % of ceramic micro sphere in a hollow spherical shape which is mixed and dispersed in the polyacrylate resin, and active elements.
