摘要： PURPOSE: A gripping unit of a crane device for scrapping cars is provided to maximize work convenience and efficiency by providing firm and stable gripping force when target cars to be scrapped are lifted, tilted, and rotated at one position. CONSTITUTION: A gripping unit of a crane device for scrapping cars comprises a fixed post, a movable post, a derrick cylinder, a gripping unit(300), and a tilting cylinder. The derrick cylinder connects the fixed post and the movable post to rotate the movable post. The gripping unit is rotatably hinge-coupled to the front end of the movable post and is entered from both front and rear sides of car to be scrapped to grip a ceiling frame of the car to be scrapped. The tilting cylinder is fixed on the movable post and is connected to the gripping unit to rotate or tilt the gripping unit. The gripping unit comprises a rotary(310), forks(320), a fork cylinder(330), dog pliers(340), and a dog cylinder(350). The forks are arranged in both longitudinal ends of the rotary. The fork cylinder is fixed on the top of the rotary and moves back and forth the forks in a longitudinal direction of the rotary. The dog pliers are rotatably hinge-coupled to the center of the forks. The dog cylinder is connected to the exterior of the dog pliers in a fixed state on the forks so that the dog pliers can be rotated in a direction to face each other.
