    • PURPOSE: A producing method of jelly containing herbs, and the jelly are provided to reduce the unique flavor of the herbs before mixing with jelly ingredients. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of jelly containing herbs comprises the following steps: cleanly washing the herbs; mixing 100 parts of washed herbs by weight and 80-120 parts of sugar by weight; fermenting the herb mixture in a sealed condition at room temperature for 25-35 days; filtering the fermented mixture to obtain a fermented herb extract; mixing 1,000 parts of water by weight, 5-10 parts of carrageenan gum by weight, 3-8 part of devil`s tongue jelly by weight, 200-300 parts of sugar by weight, 15-25 parts of honey by weight, and heating the mixture to obtain a solution; mixing 1,000 parts of solution by weight with 300-500 parts of fermented herb extract by weight and 2-5 parts of acidifying agent by weight, and stirring the mixture at 75-85 deg C: and cooling the mixture at room temperature.
