摘要： PURPOSE: A conveyor belt cleaning device is provided to facilitate secession of residues from cracks by weakening mutual adhesive force between the residues stuck on cracks and the cracks according to go soft the surface of a belt using high temperature and high pressure steam. CONSTITUTION: A conveyor belt cleaning device comprises a hopper(100), a steam spray unit(200), a steam supply unit(600), and a suction unit(300). The hopper is adjacently installed to the bottom of a conveyor belt. The steam spray unit sprays high pressure steam to the surface of the belt in order to weaken mutual adhesive force between residues stuck on a crack and the crack. The steam supply part supplies the high pressure steam to the steam spray unit. The suction part sucks the residues separated from the belt by the steam spray unit and discharges to the outside of the hopper.
