CONSTITUTION: The floc collector comprises a polyurethane support(1) having a plurality of cells(2), wherein silicate compound being capable of adsorbing and coagulating contaminants in wastewater is immobilized to the cells(2) of the polyurethane support(1), and wherein the polyurethane support(1) is prepared by mixing silicate compound with polyol which is a raw material of polyurethane, mixing the polyol and silicate compound mixture with isocyanates and foaming the mixture compound.
