    • PURPOSE: A system for collecting data from sensors in railway and urban railway based on multi-line communication(MLC) is provided to collect data from sensors by using an intercom line or a speaker line. CONSTITUTION: The front board(110) of a system for collecting data from sensors includes four analog input terminals(111) and six vibration sensor terminals(112). The analog input terminals are formed based on an RJ-45 jack. The vibration sensor terminals are formed based on an RJ-45 jack and are in an RS232C or RS485 communication mode. The front board of the system includes a terminal block type digital input and output terminals(113, 114) and a temperature sensor terminal(115). The front board includes a microphone terminal(116) and an input port(117) for expanding an externally packaged microphone. The rear board(120) of the system includes Ethernet interface(122) and bi-wired Ethernet interface(121).

    • PURPOSE: A communication system in a ship using multiplex line communication is provided to perform communication in a ship itself using a power line without a separate communication line in the ship. CONSTITUTION: A PLC(Power line carrier) modem(120) is connected to an outlet in a ship(100) to transmit a data signal of TCP/IP type to a power line pre-constructed on the same phase. An MLC(Multiplex line carrier) modem transmits a data signal of TCP/IP type using a broadcasting line in the ship. A master control unit(110) bridges a data signal of the PLC modem and a data signal of the MLC modem through an Ethernet switch by receiving a power line signal or a telephone line signal through the PLC modem or the MLC modem.

A ship's communication system comprises a distribution panel(110), a 3-phase power line communication apparatus(120) and R, S and T phase slave PLC(Power Line Communication) modems. The 3-phase power line communication apparatus comprises an electric leakage breaker(121), R, S and T phase master power line communication modules(122,123,124) and an Ethernet switch(125). The master power line communication modules make power line communication possible in each phase from the electric leakage breaker, convert a power signal into a communication signal to make communication with the slave PLC modems(132,133,134) possible. The Ethernet switch performs switching so as to make communication between different phases of the slave PLC modems possible.

CONSTITUTION: A turntable index-type automatic assembling system comprises six assembly steps as follows. An optical fiber sensor is applied to the final stage of a line feeder and a body is provided. When a spring is not inserted into the body, sensing by a microswitch is executed. The delay of supply from the line feeder to a transfer cylinder is checked and a plate is provided. A hall sensor senses a cap of lock specifications and, when a plate is skipped, sensing on a cap is executed. The optical fiber sensor senses the skip of a cap.
