    • PURPOSE: A sewage/wastewater treatment facility is provided to maintain a deep active water level with minimized site by using a vertical type reactor and a buoyant decanter, and to perform a stable treatment even in the lowest flux. CONSTITUTION: A sewage/waste water treatment facility comprises: a flux control bath (10) having a horizontal structure; a vertical structure of reactor (20); a decanter (30); and a sewage/waste water moving path (40). The decanter pumps out only the supernatant purified in a buoyant sate on the water surface of the reactor. One edge of the sewage/wastewater moving path is arranged on the bottom of the flux control bath, and the other edge is arranged on the bottom of the reactor. When the decanter discharges the purified supernatant of the reactor, the fluid pressure of the reactor becomes low, the sewage/waste water of the flux control bath with increased fluid pressure is induced to the reactor through the sewage/waste water moving path, and the even flux is maintained.

    • The present invention relates to a generation system using a method for generating image coordinate information of a specific facility according to city planning information. The generation system includes an observation satellite part for collecting image information and coordinate information about observation area; a coordinate information display part which generates grid image coordinate information by receiving the collected image information and the collected coordinate information, and displays the image coordinate information in three dimension; a portable terminal which stores image coordinate information, and analyzes and stores error according to the difference between the image coordinate information and city planning information; and a city planning information database which stores a cadastral map including geographic information of a city, building layout, building design drawing and city planning information to provide for the observation satellite part, the coordinate information display part and the portable terminal. The generation system provides coordinate information of high reliability for a user by collecting and analyzing image information and coordinate information about the specific facility and area. The generation system enables the user to check progress status of the city planning information visually by simulating and displaying the image coordinate information. The generation system enables the user to read additional information about the specific facility anytime through a touch display, and thus enables the user to make more analytic city planning information.
