    • PURPOSE: A device for detecting the current of a neutral line and electricity distributing box with an active zero-phase harmonic filter are provided to install an active zero-phase harmonic filter in an electricity distributing box of a three-phase and four-wire power system, thereby attenuating zero-phase harmonic waves. CONSTITUTION: A neutral line current detecting device(100) detects the currents flowing in a neutral line of an electricity distributing box. An active zero-phase harmonic filter(200) reduces the amount of zero-phase harmonic currents which are inputted from the neutral line of the electricity distributing box. The detection unit detects information about the temperature of the active zero-phase harmonic filter. A controller(240) generates a PWM signal by analyzing the information. The active zero-phase harmonic filter is protected from an overload.

The plurality of tap holes is formed on each plate of the outdoor cabinet.

    • PURPOSE: A backup power system of an automatic switch and a method for determining the replacement time of a backup power are provided to check the outage of an automatic switch and the discharge of a battery in real time by including a state sensing unit. CONSTITUTION: A backup power managing unit(50) manages the charge and discharge of a battery(10). The backup power managing unit is comprised of a battery, a charge and discharge managing unit(20), and a constant current/constant voltage charger(30). The charge and discharge managing unit is comprised of a communication unit, a state display unit(24), and a protection circuit unit(27). The protection circuit unit prevents the battery from becoming damaged due to over charge or over discharge. The communication unit transmits the operation of the battery to an external monitoring server(60).

    • PURPOSE: A door for a distribution board is provided to effectively prevent moisture generation inside a picture frame fixing unit by securing enough air moving space inside the picture frame fixing unit. CONSTITUTION: An opening is formed in the front side of a door(10). A picture frame fixing unit is fixed to the inner surface of the door. A picture frame(30) is inserted into a space part between the picture frame fixing unit and the opening. A plurality of ventilation holes are formed in both plates and a backing plate. A filter plate is formed inside the ventilation hole. The filter plate prevents the inflow of the dust inside a distribution board. A combined plate is formed in the circumference of the space part. The combined plate is combined with the inner surface of the door.

    • PURPOSE: An arc sensor and an arc protection device thereof are provided to optimally protect power facility from an arc accident by interconnecting the facility with a protection relay in a high voltage substation. CONSTITUTION: An optical fiber cable(13,14) transmits an optical signal for the detection of an arc and an optical signal which is converted by the arc. A lens(11) reflects the optical signal for the detection of an arc, which is transmitted through the optical fiber cable. The lens comprises a reflector element which reflects the optical signal for the detection of an arc. An optical detector(20) transmits the optical signal for the detection of an arc to the optical fiber cable. The optical detector outputs an arc generation signal based on a difference signal by comparing the converted optical signal for the detection of an arc with the optical signal for the detection of an arc.
