    • Provided is a preparation method of a basic aluminum salt solution, which is simple and easy to carry out, dissolves aluminum only while blocking other metal substances, and decreases usage of a coagulant agent. The preparation method of basic aluminum salt solution comprises: a first step for preparing sodium aluminate(NaAlO2) by dissolving an aluminum compound, an aluminum material, or an aluminum alloy in an alkaline solution (35g of Al:60-120g of alkaline solution); a second step for preparing aluminum sulfate or aluminum chloride by adding hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, or waste aluminum chloride; and a third step for preparing an alkaline aluminum salt solution by adding 1-5wt% of sodium silicate with respect to the alkaline solution used in the first step.

    • PURPOSE: Provided is a method for producing basic aluminium silicate which does not need any additional heat supply nor high speed agitation for a long period of time, thereby economically producing aluminium silicate. CONSTITUTION: The method for producing basic aluminium silicate includes (i) dissolving aluminium dross in anhydrous soda(33% solution), followed by filtering; (ii) adding 10% sodium silicate to the filtrate from (i) for precipitation for 24 hours; (iii) adding acid to the resulting precipitates in a weight ratio of 1:1; (iv) separating Al from aluminium dross with 3.5 times water, 1.75 times 33% anhydrous soda, converted on the basis of Al(OH)3, followed by filtering to form NaAlO2; and (v) reacting NaAlO2 with various amounts of aluminium to form basic aluminium silicates.
