摘要： PURPOSE: An automatic chamfering apparatus is provided to automatically and rapidly cut the ends of a frame to the desired length and chamfer the lateral sides of the frame. CONSTITUTION: An automatic chamfering apparatus comprises a transfer member(10), a pair of cutting guide units(5), a cutting member, a pair of chamfering guide units(7), and a chamfering member. The transfer member transfers a frame(100). The cutting guide units are horizontally separated to the longitudinal direction of the transfer member. The cutting member cuts the end part of the frame located in the cutting guide units. The chamfering guide units are vertically separated to the longitudinal direction of the transfer member. The chamfering member chamfers the lateral sides of the ends of the frame located in the chamfering guide units.

摘要： A method for coating wood frame for freight compartment of truck type commercial vehicle and a wood frame are provided to prevent the wood surface from being cracked and split by blocking the water permeation into the wood, and to preserve the wood from the deformation, decoloration, discoloration and corrosion. The wood frame(10) for freight compartment of truck type commercial vehicle protects the vehicle body from a total weight of loaded freight in the freight compartment. The method for coating the wood frame comprises the steps of: melting the solid paraffin by operating a melting furnace(112); feeding the wood frame(10) to the melting furnace(112) using a conveyor system(114); immersing the wood frame into the molten paraffin solution(116) within the melting furnace so that the paraffin is absorbed into the inside and outside and onto the surface of the wood; and naturally drying the wood frame at a high temperature after the wood frame immersed into the paraffin solution is taken out by using the conveyor system(114).
