    • A distilled water filling system for industrial battery is equipped with a battery for a device having a battery. The distilled water filling system for industrial battery comprises: water tank for storing distilled water; a supply hose connected to the water tank for supplying the distilled water to the battery; and an injection valve for selectively blocking the water supply according to the level of the electrolyte in the battery. The injection valve comprise: a connection port which is connected to the supply hose; a valve housing which is equipped in the lower side of the connection port for forming an injection hole, connected to the connection port, on the top end, and which is inserted into the battery with the opened lower side; and a buoyancy opening and closing means for blocking the injection hole by rising with the buoyancy, or opening the injection hole by falling down with the gravity. The buoyancy opening and closing means comprises: a hollow structure of float having multiple water passage pipes connected in the up and down direction; and a packing lid equipped on the upper end of the float for blocking the injection hole. The distilled water filling system for industrial battery is capable of a continuous filling work and an efficiency improvement on the work by completing necessary processes only with a simple work of filling the distilled water in the water tank after checking the level of the water tank.

    • According to the present invention, an apparatus for charging distilled water for an industrial battery comprises: a plurality of injection valves including a connection port and a valve pipe inserted into a battery, and mounted on the battery; and a supply hose having a continuous structure and sequentially coupled to the connection port of each of the injection valves to communicate with the valve pipe. A pin pipe communicating with the valve pipe is provided in the connection port of each of the injection valve. The supply hose communicates with the valve pipe as the pin pipe is inserted into the supply hose. The pin pipe has a cutting edge form, wherein a front end of the pin pipe forms a sharp slope. Also, the apparatus of the present invention includes a heating means for preventing the freezing of distilled water by heating the supply hose. The heating means is provided to be adjacent to the supply hose in a form of extending along the supply hose and includes a heating wire heated by power supply. According to the present invention as described above, the apparatus for charging distilled water for an industrial battery can easily connect the supply hose to the injection valve to simply constitute the whole apparatus, and can prevent the separation of the supply hose from the injection valve to improve the stability in use.
