    • PURPOSE: A filter unit for decomposing nitrate by culturing anaerobic bacteria in the filter is provided to decompose toxic nitrate and to emit toxicless nitric acid gas. CONSTITUTION: A filtering unit is attached to the rear side of a water tub using a magnet. Nitrate is eliminated by rotating introduced bubbles. The rotating cycle of the filtering unit is adjusted based on an oxygen valve. A space is arranged at a water introducing part.
