    • PURPOSE: A low-emissive multilayer coating and a low-emissive glass including thereof are provided to enhance heat resistance and visible light transmission rate and/or solar energy line reflectivity by including a refractive layer, a functional metal layer, and a wetting layer. CONSTITUTION: A low-emissive multilayer coating includes one or more of a refraction layer, a functional metal layer, and a wet layer from substrate surface. The refraction layer controls interference effect of light. The functional metal layer reflects solar radiation. The wet layer protects the functional metal layer. The functional metal layer includes oxide of metal M and one or more of main component which is selected from Ag, and Au and Cu. The M is selected from Zn, Ti, Al, Ni, Cr, Nb, W, Sn, In, Sb, and Ta. The low-emissive glass includes a transparent substrate and a ' low-emissive multilayer coating which is formed on top of the substrate.
