摘要： The present invention relates to a service method for charging an actual medical expense and a device for the same, which receives user information to generate an electronic proxy statement and then to request a medical institution for a medical document as a proctorship through the electronic proxy statement and transmits the medical document and an insurance bill to an insurance company with which a user contracts. The service method for charging an actual medical expense of the present invention comprises the steps of: receiving user information including user′s personal information, clinical information and insurance company information to generate an electronic proxy statement for appointing a procurator that substitutes the user; transmitting the electronic proxy statement to a medical institution terminal registered in the clinical information and an insurance company terminal registered in the insurance company information; transmitting a medical document request message for requesting a medical document that evidences the clinical information, to the medical institution terminal, and receiving the medical document from the medical institution terminal; and transmitting an insurance bill written based on the personal information and the medical document to the insurance company terminal.
