    • The present invention relates to a service method for charging an actual medical expense and a device for the same, which receives user information to generate an electronic proxy statement and then to request a medical institution for a medical document as a proctorship through the electronic proxy statement and transmits the medical document and an insurance bill to an insurance company with which a user contracts. The service method for charging an actual medical expense of the present invention comprises the steps of: receiving user information including user′s personal information, clinical information and insurance company information to generate an electronic proxy statement for appointing a procurator that substitutes the user; transmitting the electronic proxy statement to a medical institution terminal registered in the clinical information and an insurance company terminal registered in the insurance company information; transmitting a medical document request message for requesting a medical document that evidences the clinical information, to the medical institution terminal, and receiving the medical document from the medical institution terminal; and transmitting an insurance bill written based on the personal information and the medical document to the insurance company terminal. Therefore, the electronic proxy statement is generated, and thus documents necessary to charge for an actual medical expense are requested as a procurator without a user′s direct visit to the medical institution and received documents are transmitted to the insurance company, thereby conveniently charging for the actual medical expense in a web environment.
