At the point of time when the negative pressure reaches a first preset pressure, connection between the blood circuit and the first blood treating unit (1) is confirmed.

    • PURPOSE: Provided are a water swelling polymer gel having a natural component high in water absorbing capacity and gel strength as its constituent element and a foam from the same, and a production method of the water swelling polymer gel high in productivity and safety for a human body, and capable of easily producing in aqueous solvent. CONSTITUTION: The water swelling polymer gel and its production method are characterized by reacting the polysaccharide containing an esterified carboxylic group with the compound containing two or more alpha-amino groups originating from natural amino acids. The produced polymer gel and also a foam made of the above polymer gel are useful for forming medical materials. The used esterified carboxylic group containing polysaccharide is selected from alginic propyleneglycol ester or hyaluronic propyleneglycol ester and the compound having at least two of alpha-amino groups derived from natural amino acids is epsilon-polylysine.

    • A one-pact type adhesive composition for dental use which is obtained by compounding as essential ingredients a hydrophobic polymerizable monomer (a) having an acid group, a water-soluble polymerizable monomer (b), water (c), a photopolymerization initiator (d), an aromatic tertiary amine (e) having an electron-attracting group, a crosslinking polymerizable monomer (f), and a basic compound (g) which reacts with part of the hydrophobic polymerizable monomer (a) having an acid group to generate a water-soluble salt. The composition has excellent bonding strength in the bonding of a tooth, especially enamel or dentine, to a dental repairing material, especially a resinous material, and has excellent storage stability. Because the composition is of the one-pact type, no mixing operation is necessary in preparation for bonding. Furthermore, the composition has excellent bonding strength even without conducting pretreatments (etching and priming). The composition is hence suitable for use as a one-step type dental adhesive composition for conducting a tooth repair treatment through one bonding operation.
