    • A transparent surface heater and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to form a nano thin film heater body on a large area by using a thin film using a nano particle. A transparent surface heater includes a basic material(10), a conducting nano thin film(12), an electrode(14), a conducting line(16), and an insulated protection film(18). The mother material is formed to be transparent. The conducting nano thin film is formed by heat-processing and spreading nano particle dispersion liquid on a whole surface of the basic material. The electrode is formed to be conducted with the conducting nano thin film formed on the basic material. The conducting line connects an electrode to a power line. The insulation protection film is formed on the conducting nano thin film, an electrode and a connection unit of the conducting line and the electrode.
