    • A portable X-ray apparatus using a battery power source is provided to easily radiate heat of a DC-AC converting unit to oil of a housing by receiving the DC-AC converting unit, a high voltage transformer, an AC-DC converting unit, and an X-ray tube in the housing. A portable X-ray apparatus using a battery power source includes a DC-AC converting unit, a high voltage transformer, an AC-DC converting unit, an X-ray tube, and a housing(13). The DC-AC converting unit converts DC power of a battery into AC power. The high voltage transformer increases amplitude of the converted AC power to output the high voltage AC power. The AC-DC converting unit converts the outputted high voltage AC power into DC power. The X-ray tube has an anode terminal and a cathode terminal connected to an anode and a cathode of the converted DC power, respectively, and causes electrons discharged from the cathode terminal to collide with the anode terminal to generate an X-ray. The housing receives the DC-AC converting unit, the high voltage transformer, the AC-DC converting unit, and the X-ray tube and is filled with oil.
