    • PURPOSE: An automatic packing bag feeding and mounting method is provided to automatically transfer a packing bag supplied by an automatic packing bag supply apparatus to a nozzle of a hopper and mount the packing bag to the nozzle. CONSTITUTION: An automatic packing bag apparatus(100) comprises a packing bag suction part(110), a packing bag transfer part(120), and a base plate(130). The packing bag suction part comprises a suction plate(111) which contacts a sealing part of a packing bag to pick up the packing bag, a first pneumatic cylinder(112) which is coupled with the suction plate to raise or lower the suction plate, a first transfer unit(113) which is coupled with the first pneumatic cylinder to transfer the first pneumatic cylinder in the perpendicular direction to the moving direction of the suction plate, and a first drive unit(114) which drives the first transfer unit. The packing bag transfer part comprises a clamp which receives the packing bag picked up by the suction plate, a second transfer unit which is coupled with the clamp to transfer the clamp to a hopper nozzle, and a second drive unit(123) which drives the second transfer unit. In the base plate, the packing bag suction part and the packing bag transfer part are arranged to slide.

The packing bag longitudinal transfer part comprises a platform(31) in which a stack of packing bags(1) is loaded, a lifting unit which moves the platform up and down, a position sensor which detects the height of the platform to control the operation of the lifting unit, and a pressure sensor which detects the existence of a packing bag on the platform to control the operation of the lifting unit. The controller controls the operation of the transfer parts according to the sensing results of the sensors.
